The Bouygues Consortium has been appointed as the preferred bidder for the project, in recognition of its proven track record in delivering and operating PFI Healthcare projects of a similar size and scope. The Consortium’s experiences at Barnet Hospital, West Middlesex Hospital and more recently at Central Middlesex Hospital are particularly relevant.

The three sponsors of the Bouygues Consortium, Bouygues UK, Ecovert FM and HSBC Infrastructure Fund Management have developed a strong working relationship and have a demonstrable track record in the UK PFI healthcare sector.
