Ernst & Young LLP is delighted to be working with the Trust on this project. We believe that the proposed scheme for Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust presents an exciting opportunity to restructure the delivery of acute services to the Mid Essex population and beyond. The proposed scheme aims to bring about a number of benefits including the end of split site working, improved ambulatory and cancer services and modern buildings for effective service delivery.

Technical Advisers – Mott MacDonald Mott Macdonald

Mott MacDonald is delighted to provide technical advisory services for the Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust PFI Project for the Centralisation and Modernisation of Acute Services at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.

Mott MacDonald has had an involvement in more than 100 PFI projects covering hospitals, water supply and wastewater treatment, power supply to London Underground, schools, police stations, prisons, public libraries and a council operated conference centre.
